Parsec Consulting has been involved with NSPS since Fall of 2005. We have been intimately involved in the drafting of the initial Implementing Issuances and have provided the senior design of the PEO courses on performance management, pay pool management and SMART objectives.
Since then, we have provided implementation support to numerous organizations through consulting services, customized and standard courses, training for thousands of participants and strategic alignment of organizational efforts.
